1. What is Serv?

Serv is an on-site car service platform. With Serv, you no longer need to go to the workshop or service centre for your regular scheduled car servicing & maintenance.

2. Where is your workshop?

We are based at MaGiC Cyberjaya, and we do not have any workshop. We will go to your location, provided that location has sufficient working space. Among the commonly preferred locations are at the house, office and restaurants.

3. What is your cover area?

At the moment, we cover Klang Valley, Putrajaya, and Cyberjaya. If your area is not mention and you would like to know if we can visit you, please contact us at +6018-210 8110.

4. What is your operating hours?

The service is available daily from 10:00AM to 10:00PM daily and subjected to the availability of Serv Partner at the moment of booking.

5. Does the Customer Support operates 24/7?

At the moment, our Customer Support only operates from 9:00AM to 6:00PM daily.

6. How can I contact Serv Customer Support team?

6. How long has Serv been operating when was the app launched?

Serv was officially registered since July 2017 and the SERV app was launched on the 30th of September 2017.

7. How many services has SERV done?

As of 15 September 2018, Serv has conducted more than 450 services.

8. Are your Serv Partners qualified?

Yes, all of our Service Partners are certified and experienced in car service.

9. How can I know on what service is needed for my car?

If you are unsure, simply make a note on the issue when you make your booking. Our service advisor will contact you and make recommendation based on your mileage and the previous serviced mileage. You could also book a car health check with us, where 23 points inspection will be conducted and recommendation of service would be made if required.
