If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
Cancellation fees of 20% are charged if it has pass 10 minutes since the Serv Partner accepted the job. This is to compensate Serv Partners for time invested in traveling to a customer’s location.
Nevertheless, there are no cancellation fees charged if none Serv Partner has accepted the job or if it is less than 10 minutes after the order accepted by the Serv Partner.
Payment will be processed on a Weekly Basis. Thus, customer that had made payment and cancelled from Monday 0000hrs to Sunday 2359hrs, payment will be processed and you will receive the payment in your account by Tuesday 2359hrs of the subsequent week.
Once we receive your complaints, we will conduct investigation on it and notify you that we have received your complaints.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after the investigation completed.
We will initiate a refund to your credit card or through online transfer to your bank account and you will receive the credit within a certain amount of days (depending your method of payment & card issuer’s policies).

Serv has the authority to update these Return & Refund Policy at any time and any amendments may be made without notice to you. We recommend you always be updated with this Return & Refund Policy. By proceeding to access or utilize Our Services after those corrections or changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. In the event that you don’t consent to the new Return & Refund Policy, you may stop using the Website and/or Our Services.
